We help children whose lives have been upended by the opioid epidemic — children who have lost a parent to overdose, children living with a parent in active addiction or recovery, and children being raised by grandparents, aunts, uncles, or other relatives because of it. If you are raising a child affected by addiction, you are exactly who we are here for.
No. Everything Project Noelle provides is free to the families we serve. There is no fee, no membership, and no cost of any kind. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by donations, fundraisers, and community partners.
Tell us a little about the child through the Get Help page, or email projectnoellehelps@gmail.com. You can also contact your county director directly — they live in your area and know your community. Reaching out is simple, and it is private.
Project Noelle serves 41 counties — 31 in Ohio and 10 in Florida — each with a local county director. You can find your county and your director on the Where We Serve page.
Ten of our counties are currently covered for Christmas and Easter only because they need a year-round director. If your county is one of those, or isn’t listed at all, email projectnoellehelps@gmail.com anyway. We will do what we can, and we are always looking for volunteers ready to serve their own county.
Practical help, year round: emergency clothing and diapers, Adopt-a-Child at Christmas, Easter baskets, back-to-school supplies, kids’ support groups, recreation and sports fees, grief support and spiritual care, candlelight vigils, and support for grandparents and relatives raising children.
Families in our program apply by the deadline, and sponsors — families, businesses, and individuals — adopt a child from our list and provide their gifts. Every child on the roster wakes up to Christmas morning. Applications for the current year close Sunday, November 8 at 5:00 PM.

You can adopt a child for Christmas, volunteer at an event, become a county director, sponsor an event as a business, donate directly, or shop the Project Noelle store — every purchase supports the children we serve. Start on the Get Involved page.
Yes. Project Noelle is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 82-3901480. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and you will receive a receipt for your records.
Keli Clark founded Project Noelle in December 2017, after losing her daughter Noelle to a fentanyl overdose that July and taking in two of Noelle’s three young sons. She went looking for help for the children left behind and found almost none — so she built it.
